1. What type of products do you sell?

We specialize in digital products, mainly Canva templates such as planners, invitations, business tools, greeting cards, and more. All items are digital downloads — no physical products will be shipped.

2. How do I access my purchased files?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an instant download link either on the checkout page or via email. Just click the link to download your files.

3. Do I need a Canva Pro account to use the templates?

Yes and no. Most of our templates are designed to work with a free Canva account, but some may include Canva Pro elements (such as fonts, graphics, or photos). If you don’t have a Pro account, you can still use the template by replacing Pro elements with free ones — Canva will notify you which items require Pro and offer free alternatives. We always try to mention this clearly in the product description.

4. Can I edit the templates?

Yes, absolutely. Our Canva templates are fully customizable — you can edit the text, colors, fonts, images, and layout to suit your style or brand.

5. Can I use the templates for commercial purposes?

Yes, you may use the templates to create final designs for your own business use or for clients, but you cannot resell or redistribute the editable template files.

6. Do you offer refunds?

Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds. If you face any issues, feel free to contact us — we're happy to help!

7. What should I do if I didn’t receive my files?

8. Can I request custom designs?

We currently offer pre-made templates only, but we’re always expanding our collection. Follow us or sign up to our mailing list to get updates on new products.

9. How do I use the Canva template after downloading?

Once you download the PDF file or access link, simply click on the Canva template link provided. It will open in Canva. Click “Use Template” to start editing in your own Canva account.

10. Can I edit the templates on my phone or tablet?

Yes! Canva is available as a mobile app for both Android and iOS. You can edit templates on your phone or tablet, though for the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop.
